EPL quick picks. Due to time constraints, FULL round analysis will not be available. Everton v Stoke City
Verdict: It's still very much all too play for for these two clubs as Everton still have ambitions of catching a faultering Aston Villa while Stoke City battle relegation. Stoke are the only side in the Premiership not to register a single away win and have conceded a total of 31 goals (2.21 goals per game) on their travels, the worst record in the league. Everton will be in a buoyant mood after winning through to the FA Cup semi-finals, for the first time in 14 years, with a come from behind win over Middlesbrough. Former Everton striker James Beattie, continued his good form for Stoke City in scoring a brace in their 2-0 win over Bolton. Stoke retain the services of Matthew Etherington while Everton are likely to give Louis Saha a starting birth, after his good form and return to full fitness, despite fellow striker Jo been available for selection. Everton were very impressive in the second half against Middlesbrough with Cahill the main protagonist in an unfamiliar midfield role, and both Fellaini and Saha looking like they are finally returning to peak fitness.
Pick: Everton -1 @ 1.96 (Book: Pinnacle, Stake: 5 units)
Everton 3 - 1 Stoke City
Sunderland v Wigan Athletic
Verdict: Here we have a team desperate for Premiership points and another which seems to be just playing out the rest of the season. The desperate team is Sunderland as they sit just 4pts above the relegation zone while Wigan are stuck between a rock and a hard place, 7pts away from the red zone and 10pts away from the Europa spots. Sunderland have proven a difficult team to beat in the last 3 months with just 4 defeats in 15 competitive fixtures, with only one of those defeats coming at The Stadium of Light in an unfortunate 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa. Wigan are winless in their last 8 Premier League fixtures and lost their proud undefeated streak at home (8 games undefeated) in their 1-0 loss to West Ham. Sunderland will miss key midfielder Kieran Richardson through suspension while Wigan have no absentee of note. Sunderland's motivation and good home form are key factors for me.
Pick: Sunderland DNB @ 1.73 (Book: IBCBET, Stake: 5 units)
Sunderland 1 - 2 Wigan
